HELLO! I'm back from Youth Ablaze Camp! I slept 5 hours after coming back haha! Cos I didnt have 10 hours of sleep in two days okay! But Camp was GREAT!!! =DDD
Some things that I learnt from camp were that we Christians in Singapore are very fortunate compared to Christians in China. We can proclaim our faith here, but in China, they cant. About 50 million Christians in China have to be UNDERGROUND CHRISTIANS! That's a huge number okay!
And I also learnt GOSH. To make the best choices, we should always put GOD first, then OTHERS, lastly SELF, in order to get a HEAVENLY perspective! So I shall put that into practice the next time I need to make choices!
Holy Spirit Night was FUN!!! I got touched by God. It was like a really refreshing experience for me. My whole Christian life was renewed by God. And I want to stay close to Him, by His side just like how I was during the camp. This means that I must do QT! No matter what.
If you've noticed, I'm really quiet when I'm with people that I dun really know, and I take time to warm up to them. I guess before I got touched by God I always thought that I'm an introvert, and sometimes I'm alone. It makes me feel really lonely. But God knows my feelings, and He told me that no matter how alone I would be, He would always be there beside me, with me. It's really comforting to know that. And I've been feeling God's presence all the time after I dedicated my life back to Him.
Therefore I kinda pity those who didnt go for the camp as it was a really touching experience. I had a wonderful encounter with God. Uncle Daniel Lim is a GREAT speaker! And the camp was planned out really well. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Hence I have decided that the next camps, I shall invite people and introduce them to Jesus Christ!
